The Personal Data will only be used until the recruitment process is completed, and if you have opted for their inclusion in our database, in any of the ways above, we will process them until you withdraw your consent regarding this processing

If the Personal Data will be necessary for financial and accounting purposes, they will be stored, for this purpose, for the period imposed by the legal provisions (5 years from the end of the financial year during which the last processing took place).

Personal Data may be accessed incidentally by IT service providers IDEAL HORECA SOLUTIONS SRL (website hosting, IT systems maintenance), as well as providers of other services such as legal consultants (in the event of litigious situations), auditors or collaborators directly involved in recruitment projects, but in all situations they will have temporary access and/or limited only to the Personal Data that it accesses incidentally and only for the period necessary to provide the respective service. All our suppliers must comply with confidentiality obligations.

Also, IDEAL HORECA SOLUTIONS SRL can make Personal Data available to the Supervisory Authority, the courts, in case of litigation, other state authorities with control powers, at their request, whenever a legal provision requires such disclosure, or for the defense of our legitimate rights and interests.

Your rights to personal data.

Since we are processing Personal Data belonging to you, you have, in relation to IDEAL HORECA SOLUTIONS SRL, more rights conferred by the legislation in the field of data protection. These rights are the following:

To request the Company access to Personal Data (pursuant to art. 15 of the GDPR) and which implies the right to obtain a confirmation from the Company that it is processing Personal Data belonging to you, as well as information regarding: the purpose of the processing, the categories of data processed, their recipients, their storage period, the existence of the right to request the rectification or deletion of Personal Data, the restriction of processing or the right of opposition, the right to file a complaint before a supervisory authority, if there is a decision-making process automated, respectively if decisions are made only as a result of the automatic processing of personal data, if the data are transferred to third countries and what guarantees have been implemented by us to ensure the security of the transferred data.
  2. To request representatives IDEAL HORECA SOLUTIONS SRL rectification, without undue delay, of Personal Data that no longer correspond to the current situation, pursuant to art. 16 of the GDPR; IDEAL HORECA SOLUTIONS SRL will periodically carry out actions to update the databases, in which case you will be able to receive requests in this regard.   5. To oppose the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of receiving the Newsletter, pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR;
